The Toowoomba Studio Art Trail is more than an art event - it’s a celebration of creativity, connection, and community. Held every weekend in September, in conjunction with the Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers, our trail opens the doors of local artists’ studios and invites the public to step inside the creative process.

 

Founded in 2023 by Toowoomba-based artists Jeanne Cotter and Cindy MacDonald, the event has grown rapidly into a much-loved part of the city's cultural calendar. In 2025, we’re proud to feature 17 talented artists across 15 home-studios - each showcasing original work in painting, sculpture, printmaking, and design.

 

As a not-for-profit community initiative, we rely on the generous support of local businesses to bring the trail to life - and we'd love to have you on board.

•   Printing of professional brochures and Trail maps

•   Corflute signage for all studios

•   Paid advertising in local media

•   Promotional materials to boost community engagement
